THE BOROUGH OF BLOOMINGDALE
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT – SOURCEWELL
The Borough of Bloomingdale intends to participate in Sourcewell contract #093021-ELG for Street Sweepers and Specialty Sweepers, with Related Equipment, Accessories, and Supplies to purchase a vacuum street sweeper.

The Borough of Bloomingdale is a participating agency of Sourcewell National Cooperative System (ID: 29738) and the effective date of the contract term is November 15, 2021.
Contract Period: November 15, 2021 through November 16, 2025
It is the intent of the Borough of Bloomingdale to make a contract award to W.E. Timmerman Co., Inc. of New Jersey pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to Sourcewell’s request for Street Sweepers and Specialty Sweepers, with Related Equipment, Accessories, and Supplies.
The Borough of Bloomingdale is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 53:34-6.2(b)(3)
