      Event organizers must inform the Board of Health as soon as possible to allow for proper coverage. The organizer of an event will submit the “Temporary Event Organizer Application” either prior to or together with the vendor packets.
    • Temporary Food Event Permit Packet
      All applications and temporary food event packets (together called “Temporary Packet”) will be required to be collected and submitted as one package to the health department two (2) weeks prior to any temporary event. Vendors should give their completed packets to the Event Coordinator for proper submission.
